Hi and welcome to vegirous.net. I’ve been experimenting with different types of a plant-based diet since 2010. Being vegan requires knowing how to prepare your own food. This is why I made this website. I have realized that eating a healthy vegan diet consists of eating mostly whole vegan foods, which consist of whole fruit, vegetables, whole grains and legumes. But there’s also those cheat days where one feels like having junk food. And what better way to have junk food than to make it yourself? This is what I base my recipes on; the DIY approach. Furthermore, I have been struggling with my weight for a long time. I do wish to share more about my eperience here as well. It might take a while for me to feel comfortable to do that, however, I would like to get to a point where I can share why I gained weight, how it’s affected me and what steps I’m taking to get healthy.
