Hi and welcome to Vegirous.net. I’ve been experimenting with a whole plant-based diet since 2012. Being vegan requires knowing how to prepare your own food, especially when you’re trying to eat healthy food. This is why I started this website. I have realized that eating a healthy vegan diet consists of eating mostly whole vegan foods, which consists of whole fruit, vegetables, whole grains and legumes. This is what I base my recipes on.
